An English George IV sideboard attributed to Gillows








A fine and large english George IV period rosewood sideboard or low cabinet ( buffet ) with three drawers surmounting three arched doors with fine brass grils, the top surrounded with a brass border, two gilt wood monopedic lions on each side ,in the design of John Bullock, attributed to Gillows of Lancaster.

Circa 1820 - 1830.

In excellent condition.

height 107 cm  ( 3 ft 6 inches ) x length 189 cm ( 6 ft 2 inches ) x depth 45 cm ( 17 3/4 inches )
